The reason, the adaptor kept broken. We bought 8 last times and all broken. Need to think to buy some more but there is limited only 8 for each order.

Thanks for your update. I hope it will last longer than this time. Sure will let you know when I will be there. Just want to know, can I come to the office to buy it in person when I'm in Korea?
